Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can order without an account but we advice you to login using your Facebook or Google account for safer shopping and easier tracking of your orders.

What shipping methods are available?

  1. Standard delivery through post office or courier company.
  2. Pick up your items in our Korean distributor’s physical store located in Gongju City.
  3. (By request) Personal delivery to your house if you live in Gongju City downtown.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Within Korea, 1 to 7 working days depending on the address of the beneficiary of the items. For international shipping, it will take 2 to 4 weeks after full payment has been wired to us.

Do you ship packages to Jeju Island? How about outside Korea?

Yes! we can ship packages to Jeju Island and also take orders internationally if requested.  For orders outside Korea, email us or message us trough Facebook messenger to have this special request.

How do I place my orders?

  1. Visit the online store at or open the Pinoy Store android application that you can download in Google Playstore.
  2. Click on any product that you want or view the products in the categories.
  3. View the details of the product and update the quantity if you need more.
  4. Click on “Add to cart” button. Continue shopping by clicking other products and adding to cart.
  5. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon on the upper right part of the screen to review your orders.
  6. Proceed to “Checkout” to complete your transaction.
  7. (Optional) Write the coupon code to avail free shipping or discount.
  8. Fill up your address (billing and shipping information).
  9. Choose the shipping method (Standard delivery in Korea or Pickup in Gongju Pinoy Store).
  10. Deposit your payment in our Korean distributor’s bank account or pay by cash (If you are in Gongju city).
  11. Tick the box to agree to the website terms and condition and click ” Place Order”
  12. Order is complete. Check your email for the details of your order.

How do I track my order?

We update delivery status via email. You can also check your order status when you log-in to your registered account.

I want to modify my order.

If you mistakenly ordered a different product or want to modify your order, just reply the email we sent you. If you didn’t receive the email and have modifications or special requests, feel free to contact us at or message us using Facebook Messenger.
